Valore is an independent investment-analysis and journaling service operated by Tariq AlHammadi, an individual based in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Valore is a personal project and is not a company, corporation or registered business.

Valore is an investment journalling and monitoring tool. It records the investment case you write for yourself, monitors public filings that companies and funds submit to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and shows you what changed between filings. It works primarily with public SEC information and with the thesis information you supply.
Valore does not provide investment advice. It does not act as a fiduciary, broker, dealer, adviser or agent for you, and no fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of the service. Valore does not recommend buying, selling or holding any security, and nothing in the product is a solicitation or offer to transact in any security. Labels such as "Strengthens thesis", "Weakens thesis" or "Monitor" describe how a filing relates to the thesis you wrote — they are not ratings, price targets or recommendations. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and may wish to consult a licensed professional.

Filing data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable, and automated comparison of figures and sections may miss changes or present them imperfectly. Where AI-assisted analysis is available, it is optional and runs only when you request it. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect, and must be reviewed against the underlying filing. AI output is never a recommendation and carries the same limitations as the rest of the service.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the service: no automated scraping beyond normal use, no attempt to access other users' data, no interference with the service or the upstream SEC systems it relies on, and no unlawful use. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or that is being used in a way that threatens the service or other users. Deleting your account removes the data described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valore and its operator are not liable for investment losses or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from reliance on information shown in it.
These terms may be updated. The version and effective date at the top of this page always identify the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory rights you may have under the law of your place of residence.
