Who is responsible for your data

Tariq AlHammadi, operating the Valore service from the Kingdom of Bahrain, is responsible for the personal information processed through Valore. For any privacy or data request, contact support@valoreinvest.app.

What we store

• Account: your email address, a securely hashed password, email-verification state, your name, and your notification preference.
• Investments: the companies and funds you add, whether they are owned or watched, optional share count and average cost, holding horizon, and the SEC identifiers used to monitor them.
• Thesis: your written investment case, assumptions, risks, confidence, holding periods, and the version history of your thesis edits.
• Activity: the classifications you record for filings, their history, and which notifications you have read.
• AI usage: when AI analysis is used, the stored result and counters recording how many analyses were run and their cost.
• Legal acceptance: the time you accepted these documents and the versions accepted. The time is generated by our database, not by your browser.

SEC filings and detected filing changes are public reference data. They are shared across the service and are not personal data about you.

Why we store it

To operate your account, monitor the filings of the investments you follow, show you what changed, keep your own journal and classifications, and enforce usage limits on optional AI analysis. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is processed

Your data is stored in a managed cloud database and application hosting environment operated by our infrastructure providers on our behalf. Transactional emails (verification, password reset) are sent through our email delivery provider.

AI processing

AI-assisted analysis is optional and runs only when you intentionally request it for a specific filing. When it runs, the relevant context is sent to a third-party AI model provider for processing: your thesis text, assumptions, risks and holding horizon for that investment, together with structured information about the detected changes in that filing (labels, figures, and the sections concerned). Entire raw SEC filings are not sent. The provider returns an analysis which we store against your account so repeat views do not require another request.

How long we keep it

We keep your data until you delete it or delete your account. Deleting an investment removes its thesis, assumptions, risks, holding periods, classifications and stored AI analyses.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself in Settings. You will be asked to confirm your password first. Deletion removes your login, profile, portfolios, investments, theses and thesis history, assumptions, risks, holding periods, filing classifications and their history, notification read state, stored AI analyses and your AI usage counters. Public SEC filing data is not affected. Aggregate, non-identifying service totals (for example the overall AI spending ledger) remain, and backups may retain copies for a limited period before they expire.

Your rights

You can access and correct your account details in Settings, delete your data at any time, and contact us at support@valoreinvest.app with any privacy or data request, including a request for a copy of your data. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Changes and governing law

This policy may be updated; the version and effective date above identify the current version. This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
